D3 adhesive from Supex is a Poly vinyl acetate (PVAc) based wood working glue, compliance to D3 individually and to D4 with addition of Woodworks Hardeners.

Charactersitics of Supex D3 adhesive
Supex D3 glue is a high water resistant and high bonding specially formulated pVAc adhesive for wood working in the furniture making. The high water resistance makes it ideal for usage in damp areas like bathroom, kitchen etc. This is a non-flammable, non combustible and non toxic in nature. The product has been designed for both manual & machine application hence an optimum level of flow with spread ability resulting with high coverage.
Applications
All types of wood working- hard wood & synthetic wood, Finger joints, Cold press/hot press.
How to use:
Do not dilute the material. Stir well the content if stored for a longer period. Surface preparation of the material that has to be bonded should be done for optimum results. First apply on non porous surface and then on the porous surface. Horizontal & vertical application of the glue is recommended on the individual substrates. Open time of 5 to 15 minutes depending on the external weather condition, and even for the alignment of the bonded surfaces. Optimum pressure to be given to the bonded material (either manual or by machine), the handling strength depends on the pressure given and the surrounding temperature.
Shelf life & storage: Shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of manufacturing only under factory sealed condition of the container. Storage of the material should be in dark place without direct exposure of sun light. Once opened post usage the can has to be properly closed for lesser skin formation and product performance.
