1. Clean the Threads
Ensure all threads are free from oil, grease, dust, and old adhesive. Use a degreaser or suitable solvent for proper cleaning.
2. Apply the Threadlocker
Apply a few drops directly onto the bolt threads or inside the nut. Only a small amount is required for effective locking.
3. Assemble the Fastener
Tighten the bolt or nut as usual. The adhesive will spread evenly across the threads during assembly.
4. Allow to Cure
Initial set occurs in 10–20 minutes, depending on grade and temperature. Full curing typically takes 24 hours.
