SUPEX PU Liquid Foam for Packaging & Insulation

SUPEX PU Liquid Foam is a two-component polyurethane foam system designed for packaging, protective packing and insulation applications. It combines Polyol resin and Isocyanate hardener to produce foam with excellent flowability, making it suitable for filling complex cavities and irregular spaces.

The system is formulated with an HCFC-free Polyol and Zero ODP blowing agent. Its excellent flow characteristics make it particularly suitable for the packaging of delicate instruments, as well as a wide range of industrial insulation applications.

At 20°C:

Two-Component PU Foam System

The system consists of Polyol resin and Isocyanate hardener. The TDS specifies a mixing ratio of 100 parts Polyol to 100–130 parts Isocyanate by weight.
