Supex Anaghafoam FR Foam is a fire-retardant polyurethane foam spray designed for sealing, insulation and fire-safety applications. This FR foam is classified as B1 according to DIN 4102 and provides effective insulation while helping limit the spread of flame, smoke and gas.
Anaghafoam FR is suitable for construction, industrial, electrical, automotive and other applications where fire-retardant PU foam and reliable gap sealing are required. It adheres well to surfaces such as wood, metal, glass and concrete while providing thermal and acoustic insulation.
Anaghafoam FR can be used wherever fire-retardant foam is required for sealing, insulation and gap-filling applications.
Use FR foam for construction to seal and insulate gaps around:
Fire-retardant PU foam can be used around electrical panels, ducts, conduits and other installations where gap sealing and insulation are required.
FR PU foam is suitable for industrial equipment and installations where thermal insulation, gap filling and improved fire resistance are important.
The foam can be used in selected vehicle and marine interior applications requiring lightweight insulation and fire-retardant properties.

Supex Anaghafoam FR combines fire-retardant performance, insulation and gap-filling capability in a convenient polyurethane foam spray. Its B1 classification makes it suitable for applications where fire-performance requirements are important.
For builders, contractors, manufacturers and industrial users, Anaghafoam FR foam provides a practical solution for sealing gaps, improving insulation and supporting fire-safety requirements.

It means fire-retardant foam. In polyurethane applications, FR PU foam is formulated to provide fire-retardant performance in addition to sealing and insulation properties.
It is a polyurethane foam classified as B1 under DIN 4102. It is intended for applications where a higher level of fire-retardant performance is required.
Fire rated PU Foam is commonly used for gap filling, sealing and insulation around doors, windows, walls, ceilings, panels, electrical installations, ducts and building penetrations.
Yes. it can be used for sealing and insulating suitable gaps and cavities where fire-retardant and insulation properties are required.
No. It should not be considered a material that makes a structure completely fireproof. Its fire performance and suitability depend on the product classification, application, surrounding materials and overall fire-safety system.
The curing time depends on temperature, humidity, application thickness and other conditions. Anaghafoam FR has a reported tack-free time of approximately 8–10 minutes and a cutting time of approximately 30–40 minutes.
After the foam has fully cured, excess material can be trimmed and the surface may be finished with compatible coatings or plaster, subject to application requirements.

Filling and insulating fire-retardant gaps around window and door frames
Sealing and insulating electrical panels, ducts, and conduits to help prevent fire spread in case of electrical failure
Creating smoke and fire barriers between adjacent rooms, walls, and ceilings within buildings
Shake the can vigorously before use to ensure proper mixing.
Lightly moisten the application surface to accelerate curing and improve foam structure, adhesion, and efficiency.
Hold the can upside down and press the trigger to dispense the foam.
Since the foam expands after application, fill gaps only up to 30–50% of their volume.
Continue shaking the can during use to maintain consistent foam expansion and flow.
Remove any excess foam immediately from surrounding areas using acetone or a specialized PU foam cleaner.
Clean the gun and adapter thoroughly with PU foam cleaner after use.
Allow the foam to fully cure before trimming, sanding, or painting.
