Need for Electronics Silicone Adhesive.
- Are your electronic components failing due to weak bonds, heat buildup, or moisture exposure? Do traditional adhesives leave gaps, causing instability or poor performance?
- Every weak bond risks compromising the performance of your electronics. Heat, shock, or moisture can damage components, leading to costly failures or repairs.”
- Our advanced adhesives for bonding electronics provide a durable, reliable, and protective solution. With high thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, and environmental resistance, they ensure your components perform flawlessly under any conditions.
Why Bonding Matters for Electronics
Challenge:
Electronic components face significant challenges during operation, such as heat, vibrations, moisture, and mechanical stress. Traditional methods like mechanical fasteners often fail to provide adequate protection and bonding strength.
Solution:
Adhesives for bonding electronic components provide precision, durability, and protection in one application. These materials bond components securely, protect them from environmental factors, and ensure long-lasting performance.
Electronics Silicone Adhesive
Supex 4005 Electronics Silicone adhesive is a single component Alkoxy type RTV. It reacts with moisture in the air and forms a flexible silicone rubber elastomer after curing . As bonding, sealing, insulation and moisture-proof materials, this product is widely used in bonding and sealing of electronic components, semiconductor materials, electronic appliances, waterproof and sealing of electric heaters, electronic instruments and potting of electronic components etc.

How to use Supex 4005 Electronics Silicone adhesive
- Clean the surface: clean the surface of the substrate, remove rust, dust and
- Gluing: Squeeze the product onto the cleaned substrate
- Curing: Cure from the surface to the inside. After curing for 24 hours at 25 ℃ and 55% relative humidity, the curing depth of the glue is 2~4mm, and the curing depth gradually increases with the extension of time.
Note:
- Curing requires humid air, which may take a long time in the case of large bonding
- After the operation is done, tighten the cap immediately and store the unused glue. When used again, if there is a little crust at the nozzle, it can be removed without affecting normal
- Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Rinse with soapy water immediately after skin If it spills into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If you still feel unwell, go to the hospital for examination.
- If the dispenser is used for operation, it is recommended to soak the dispenser needle in a container containing silicone oil when the operation is over or interrupted to prevent curing and clog the needle, and remove a small amount of glue in the needle when working.
